Originating from the volcanic highlands of Aceh, this coffee is a testament to the regions fertile soil and ideal growing conditions. Cultivated at elevations between 1,200 and 1,700 meters, the beans mature slowly under cool temperatures, developing a dense and flavorful profile. We use a natural processing method that sun-dries the cherries, locking in the inherent sweetness and creating a complex, fruit-forward character.
