The Gayo Highlands sit on the slopes of Mount Leuser in Aceh, Sumatra, at 1000–1700 meters above sea level. This is where our single-origin arabika is grown by family farmers who have cultivated coffee for generations.
We select Grade 1 beans, hand-sort every lot, and roast in small batches to preserve the region’s signature profile — cocoa, caramel, and a soft earthy finish. From whole bean to wine process, honey, natural, and green beans for roasters, every bag is traceable to Gayo.
